personal retirement age

A retirement age between the ages of 63 and 65 in the public sector when you have began working before 1993 and have continued without interruptions until you retire.

Working until the personal retirement age pays off since the public sector old-age pension you have earned before 1995 will be higher if you take it out at your personal retirement age rather than at your retirement age.
