partial old-age pension

You can retire on a partial old-age pension and take out 25% or 50% of your pension. There are no restrictions as to how much you can work or earn while you get a partial old-age pension.

Persons born in 1963 or earlier were eligible to claim a partial old-age pension at the earliest at the age of 61. Those born in 1964 may claim a partial old-age pension at the earliest at the age of 62. Those born in 1965 or later may claim a partial old-age pension at the earliest three years before their own minimum old-age retirement age.
