industry-wide pension fund

An (industry-wide) pension fund is an insurance fund that can be established by:
  • the employer,
  • the Group, or
  • employers or self-employed persons from within the same field.
An industry-wide pension fund secures the pensions of the employees or partners in the pension fund.
