enforced insurance

If you are an employer and have neglected your insurance obligation and, despite being urged to do so by the Finnish Centre for Pensions, have failed to take out pension insurance for your employees, the Finnish Centre for Pensions will take out an enforced insurance from one of the pension insurers on your behalf and at your expense.

The same applies if you, as a self-employed worker, fail to take out pension insurance for your self-employment.
