Your are an employer with a contract if you take out pension insurance for your employees with one of the pension insurance companies, you employ people continuously and pay wages that exceed a certain amount over a period of six months. As an employer with a contract, you have to report the earnings of your employees to your pension provider with either annual or monthly notifications.
